Returns

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  3. Contact your bank as processing times may vary

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly. To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products without tracking confirmation.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
